Ingredients & Heritage Spices Our Pakora Curry is a yogurt and gram flour (besan) curry simmered with spices until thick and tangy, with soft pakoras soaking up the flavor. Order it on its own or with plain boiled rice for classic kadhi chawal.

Hygiene & Kitchen SOPs Kadhi needs patience and a watchful eye, which is exactly why we cook it in small batches in our home kitchen. Every order uses Halal ingredients and is made fresh, with nothing held over from the day before.
Cooked only after your order is placed, never reheated from an earlier batch.
Storage & Reheating (If Kept For Later) Refrigerate any leftover curry and rice separately in airtight containers within 2 hours. Reheat the curry gently on the stovetop over low heat, stirring often and adding a little water if it has thickened. Warm the rice separately until steaming hot.
Best enjoyed within 24 hours.
