What areas in Rawalpindi & Islamabad do you deliver to?
We deliver within a 5-7 km radius across key sectors in Rawalpindi and Islamabad, including F-7, Bahria Town, and DHA.
What kind of food does Lazat offer?
We offer two categories: frozen items like kebabs, samosas, and koftay that are ready to cook anytime, and made-to-order dishes like biryani, pulao, salan, pakora curry, and pasta, cooked fresh when you order.
What serving sizes do you offer?
Most of our packages come in a one-person serving. We also offer family-size portions that serve up to 6 people, perfect for a shared meal or a small gathering.
How does the ordering process work?
You order, we cook. Frozen items are prepped and ready to go, while we cook made-to-order dishes fresh in small batches once you place your order.
How long does delivery take?
Made-to-order dishes need 1-2 hours’ lead time so we can cook a fresh batch. Frozen items are ready to dispatch right away.
Can I place an order in advance for a future date?
Yes, we do accept advance orders for a future date. These require advance payment to confirm and lock in your booking.
How do you maintain hygiene in food preparation?
We follow strict hygiene practices in our kitchen, from clean prep stations to careful handling and packaging, so every dish reaches you safe and fresh.
Who cooks the food?
All our recipes and cooking are handled personally, made the way you’d expect from a real home kitchen, not a commercial one.
How do I pay for my order?
We currently accept bank transfer only. Once you place your order, we’ll share payment details to confirm before dispatch.
Do you use any restaurant partners or a marketplace model?
No. Lazat is a single home kitchen. Every order is cooked by us, with no third-party restaurants involved.
How is my food packaged for delivery?
Every order is packed in insulated packaging to help keep your food hot and fresh until it reaches your door.
Do you cater for large events?
Lazat is a home-based kitchen, not a catering company, so we currently don’t take on large event orders. That said, we can handle group orders for up to 15-20 people, with advance notice required so we can plan the batch properly.
