Ingredients & Heritage Spices
Our Nihari uses only 100% halal hand-cut local beef shank slow-cooked in its natural gelatinous bone broth. The masala blend is freshly stone-ground every morning:
Peepli (Long Pepper)
Green & Black Cardamom
Mace & Nutmeg
Whole Fennel Broth
Allergens: Contains slow-roasted organic whole wheat flour used in thickening the natural gravy.
Hygiene & Kitchen SOPs
Lazat operates under stringent pharmaceutical-grade hygiene checks in our centralized cloud kitchen:
Cooked in food-grade 316-stainless cauldrons and finished in kiln-fired food-safe clay vessels.
Core thermal monitoring ensures the shank reaches 85°C simmer threshold for tender collagen breakdown.
Packed with tamper-evident heat seals immediately upon ladling.
Storage & Reheating (If Kept For Later)
If not consuming immediately:
Stovetop (Recommended): Empty contents into a small pan. Heat gently over medium flame for 4–5 minutes, adding 1 tbsp of hot water to restore gravy consistency. Add garnishes right at the end.
Microwave: Remove from clay handi, microwave in glass bowl for 2.5 minutes on High.
