Lazat started as a way to bring my two worlds together. I come from a marketing background, and I've always loved the idea of building a brand from the ground up, one I could genuinely call my own. Cooking has always been a personal passion too, so combining the two just made sense.
My mother-in-law and I handle every recipe together, cooking the way we would for our own family, and Lazat is simply that food, shared with more people.
